Advance in your knowledge of spreadsheets: do you work with many rows and columns and want to be able to correctly manage and analyze the information? Would you like to do a summary box of the data automatically? Would you like to show the data in the form of a graph? Would you like to create automatic lists or validate the values entered? Take advantage of the tools provided by spreadsheets and save time.

IMPORTANT: This activity is divided into two sessions. They will be taught virtually in streaming through the free platform Microsoft Teams. The registered people will receive by email, before the first session, a unique link for all the sessions and the access instructions.

Advance knowledge of spreadsheets: Learn to make lists, protect sheets, make dynamic tables and work with many data efficiently.
General objective
Learn new concepts from spreadsheets such as dynamic tables, graphic creation, validations, lists, protection of our sheets and integration of graphics and tables in Word documents.
Specific objectives
- Learn to create and manipulate dynamic tables.
- Learn to generate graphics from our data.
- Know how to use the sorting, filtering and subtotals options of spreadsheets.
- Learn to create lists and validations of cell contents.
- Learn to protect cells and sheets with password.

In the activities of the Virtual Classroom, all those who have accessed the space in the first 30 minutes of the training will be considered as "assisted". People who join later will be counted as "not assisted" and will not be generated the corresponding certificate.
The language in which each session is taught is informed in the description of each activity.
Any of Cibernàrium¿s training actions may be recorded through an image capture system that aims to disseminate them later through a medium or support in the field of the Barcelona Activa mission to contribute to economic promotion and employment. In the recording process, images of those attending the training can be recorded. Registration for the activities of Cibernàrium implies the authorization of Barcelona Activa to use these images for the previous purpose.
