Coach, trainer and consultant in organizational and people development. Psychologist and researcher in organizational culture, integrates other fields of specialization that he has, such as: economics, marketing, philosophy and neuroscience. Trained in the different schools and currents of coaching: ontological, humanist, executive, systemic, NLP, body, etc. Promoter and collaborator of training programs in several universities: Faculty of Engineering of the University of Deusto, Faculty of Business of the University of Mondragón, International Postgraduate Training of the Open University of Catalonia (UOC), Faculty of Philosophy and Education of the University from Chile, etc. More than 20 years of professional experience in Spain and America, as an entrepreneur, manager, consultant, trainer and coach. He works with very diverse organizations: public administrations, international organizations, companies, family businesses, cooperatives, entrepreneurs, non-profit organizations, etc.
