Senior consultant, expert in innovation, improvement and knowledge management. Specialist in change management and teacher in cross-disciplinary skills, "soft kills", and "Agile" tools. More than 15 years of experience in organizational analysis, innovation, process improvement and the implementation of collaborative projects. I accompany the organizations in the design and implementation of management models and the dynamization of teams. As a teacher I teach training related to the methodology and skills to improve productivity, talent management and the optimization of work systems, promoting network communication, conflict resolution and the interaction between people. Interested in all those creative, innovative projects that allow people to share knowledge to continue growing.
