Coneix alguns dels trucs i consells per a la captura fotogràfica i el retoc gastronòmic i descobreix les seves possibilitats plàstiques. Analitzarem les tècniques de processat mitjançant dispositius mòbils i oferirem algunes pinzellades de postproducció de fotografia reflex per tal de corregir alguns errors, aplicar estratègies creatives i millorar el resultat final. OBJECTIVES
- Introduce the general characteristics of food photography, as well as the different sectors including professionals and amateurs.
- Offer tips and advice for photography to minimize errors, create visual interest, foster creativity, and control the focus point.
- Define the workflow for capture and retouch using mobile devices and open-source software apps.
- Mention the workflow for capture and retouch with DSLR cameras using proprietary desktop and/or laptop software.
- Detect and correct the most common technical and tonal imperfections in captured photographs.
- Present methodologies and strategies to improve final results and enhance key aspects.
