Adobe Photoshop Advanced: Preparation and Access to the Adobe Professional ACP-2025-X5 Certification

This Adobe Photoshop crash course prepares participants to take the official certification exam ACP-2025-X5 (Adobe Professional). This activity is designed to learn, in a practical way, the initial and advanced concepts of Photoshop in twenty hours. It serves to teach you to master the tools and various methodologies of professional photo retouching with Photoshop, and is designed to meet the needs of anyone who needs to learn this software from scratch. We will also teach the artificial intelligence functionalities built into the software to improve workflow and optimize editing processes.

OBJECTIVES


  • Know the working environment of the software.
  • Understand the professional workflow of Photoshop.
  • Understand the function of fundamental tools: navigation, colors, history, layers, channels and histogram.
  • Generate documents and control their options (profiles).
  • Understand the practical concepts related to capturing and editing digital images: resolutions, resizing and layer transformation.
  • Understand the basic tools for controlling changes in size, formats, resolutions and the most common colour adjustments (levels, tone and saturation, colour balance, black and white, etc.).
  • Control, crop and apply masks to different images with layers (selection tools, masks and layer transformations/deformations).
  • Use the tools correctly to balance different layers in a creative way (layer adjustments and blending modes: levels, tone and saturation, gradient maps, multiply, screen, overlay...).
  • Correctly use brushes, gradients and textures (options and creation).
  • Control filters and effects to generate background images and effects from scratch.
  • Apply principles of graphic design and visual communication.
  • Carry out guided practices of basic and advanced photographic retouching with Photoshop.
  • Implement the software's AI options to generate a more efficient workflow.
  • Export materials in different formats for digital and printed use.

    >> This activity prepares students to obtain the official MO-200 certificate of MICROSOFT tag. Barcelona Activa will offer a free attempt at official certification to participants who attend all the sessions of the activity and satisfactorily pass the established self-assessment test.

    >> In the case of live virtual sessions with ZOOM, registered people will not receive any link in the automatic email. The instructions in the email indicate that access to the Personal Space is enabled between 1 and 2 hours before the start of the activity. Check out the Rules and FAQs for more information.
