Calendars 3.0: Manage your schedule like a pro

In this activity you will learn everything to do with the efficient management of your calendar. You will put order in your agenda by creating different calendars that will help you organize yourself and you can then share with other users. You will also learn how to create an appointment booking system that will reduce the time you spend scheduling with your clients and collaborators.

Specific goals | Temary

- Be more efficient in managing calendars.

- Better organize our schedule, increasing our productivity.

- Learn how to create an automated system for booking appointments based on the availability marked on our calendar.





CONTENT ¿

Session 1. We put our agenda in order


1.- Make your agenda really useful: configuration and editing of events. Differences between an event, task, or reminder.

2.- Management of multiple calendars.

3.- Calendar sharing: consultation calendars, collaborative calendars, public calendars... Calendar integration with external services (for example, our website)


Session 2. Create an appointment booking system

4.- What is an appointment booking system? Examples and uses we can give it.

5.- Evaluation of different options to automate the scheduling of appointments and meetings: Google Workspaces, Calendly, Doodle and similar.

6.- Joint practice creating an appointment booking system: connecting calendars to define our availability, creating and configuring the appointment type, sharing our appointment booking page.


IMPORTANT!: to participate in the activity you must have a cloud-based calendar (Google Calendar, Outlook or similar).

>> Any of the training actions of Cibernàrium may be recorded through an image capture system whose purpose is its subsequent dissemination through a medium or support in the field of Barcelona Activa's mission to contribute to economic promotion and employment.
In the recording process, images of those attending the training may eventually be recorded. Registration for Cibernàrium activities implies authorization for Barcelona Activa to
use these images for the above purpose.
