Customized Training is the possibility of adapting the available activities from the Cibernàrium digital training catalog to meet the needs of groups from educational institutions, public entities, non-profit organizations, social third-sector entities, social and solidarity economy companies, etc.

It is possible to request the scheduling of any activity from the catalog, selecting the schedule, duration, and desired dates within the flexibility offered by the facilities and the team of trainers.

If desired, the training activity can be preceded by a brief explanation of the services offered by Cibernàrium of Barcelona Activa.

Customized training is designed for groups with participants aged 16 and older.

• The minimum number of participants for basic training is 5 people, but groups of 15 or more will be prioritized.
• The minimum number of participants for specialized training is 15 people.

No, like all Cibernàrium training, customized training sessions are free of charge.

There are two available formats: in-person and virtual classroom (streaming).

In-person training will primarily be held at the Cibernàrium facilities in Nou Barris or at Cibernàrium 22@ (MediaTIC Building, Sant Martí).

Available schedules:

• Cibernàrium 22@: Monday to Thursday from 14:00 to 21:00 and Friday from 9:00 to 21:00.
• Cibernàrium Nou Barris and Virtual Classroom: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 21:00.

For specialized training, sessions will always be conducted in these two facilities. However, some basic training activities can also be held at the 17 other basic ICT training centers in the Cibernàrium network.

Within these restrictions, the entity may propose the format, date, and duration of the activity that best suits its needs.

No, Cibernàrium of Barcelona Activa must prioritize available resources while continuing to offer open training for everyone. Therefore, depending on the volume of demand for customized training, it is possible that a request may not be accommodated, the number of requested activities may need to be reduced, or their implementation may have to be postponed.

Customized training is aimed at educational institutions, public or private social entities, and non-profit organizations.

The organization of customized training is always subject to the availability of spaces (for in-person sessions) and the schedules of trainers. For this reason, we recommend submitting the request at least 2 months in advance.

Simply choose the training activity from this CATALOG if you are looking for introductory technology training (basic training), or from this CATALOG for more specialized training. Once selected, indicate it in the FORM available for requesting customized training.

Once the FORM has been completed, you will receive an email from Cibernàrium within a few days with either approval or a counterproposal for your request.

Once approval is confirmed by both parties, you will receive a link and a registration code for the activity. It is important to note that registration for the scheduled activity is individual, meaning that each participant in the training must register separately through the link provided.
