The art of influencing is a necessary skill for the exercise of our job. We need to acquire neuromarketing skills.

Neuromarketing provides us the opportunity to understand the mechanisms involved in emotional and cognitive decision-making. In dynamic and complex environments, powerful tools are needed to influence them. It is necessary to incorporate skills that arise from the new paradigms of neuroscience.

We can learn to act accordingly to effectively converge with others. It is very stimulating to explore the neuroscientific studies on which Jurgen Klaric's proposal is based.

We live in an environment full of information. Decisions are constantly made supposedly based on data. However, much of decision-making occurs in complex brain structures especially adhered to emotional reactions.

Rational logical analysis is not enough to explain human behavior. Neuroscience has precisely dissected the emotional mechanisms underlying decisions. If we know these mechanisms, we can influence the decisions of others.


SYLLABUS

  1. Become aware of the underlying mechanisms in decision-making.
  2. Understand the neuronal mechanisms that are activated on a cognitive and emotional level.
  3. Incorporate social influence tools.
